Join Us for an Evening of Networking & Discussion

Every organization is feeling the pressure to move faster, work smarter, and prepare for what’s next. While AI is creating new opportunities, many leaders are still working through the same questions: Where can it create real value? How do you adopt it responsibly? And how do you ensure it actually helps your people do their best work?

Join fellow technology and life sciences leaders for an interactive networking and workshop event focused on real-world AI adoption across life sciences organizations.

Connect with peers, exchange perspectives, and learn from organizations that are turning early experimentation into meaningful business results. Together, we’ll discuss how to cut through the hype and focus on what matters most: solving real business challenges, strengthening collaboration, and creating better outcomes for employees, customers, and stakeholders.

We’ll explore how leading organizations are using AI to reduce everyday friction, free up time for higher-value work, and enable their teams to focus on what humans do best: solving complex problems, building relationships, making informed decisions, and driving innovation.

Hailey Clark

CEO at ASMBL

Hailey Clark is CEO of ASMBL, a 15-year professional services organization that has delivered technology for Fortune 10 companies, growth-stage businesses and everything in between. A strategist, entrepreneur and systems thinker, she has spent more than 15 years building businesses and leading teams across North America and Europe. Her work sits at the intersection of technology, human potential and complex systems — shaped early in her career in sport and entertainment, where she worked alongside organizations including Hockey Canada, USA Hockey, the NHL and Bauer to use technology, data and connected experiences to strengthen participation, performance and community.

Today, Hailey is leading ASMBL’s evolution into an AI-native professional services company and the development of its Coherence System — connecting agentic technology with highly skilled delivery experts, strategists, builders and visionaries to help organizations deploy and scale technology effectively. Her focus is on health, biotech and wellness — complex human systems where technology can improve care, strengthen connection and ultimately serve humanity. She sees our role not simply as adopters of AI, but as stewards of what we choose to build: “If we use AI to optimize the world exactly as it exists today, we may simply recreate our past at extraordinary speed. The opportunity is to decide what future we actually want, and then put AI in service of building it.
