Ray brings over 20 years of experience at the intersection of pharmaceutical science and business leadership, with a career defined by building high-performing teams and translating complex scientific programs into commercial results. At Syner-G, he leads a team of 60+ professionals spanning CMC development, regulatory CMC, quality, supply chain and project management delivering end-to-end solutions for biotech and pharmaceutical clients across biologics, small molecules, and peptides.
Ray has built a reputation for getting programs done right helping emerging biotechs, CDMOs, and established pharmaceutical companies navigate the full development continuum from early-stage IND through late-phase and commercialization. Clients turn to Ray and his team when the science is complex, the timelines are tight, and the stakes are high. His ability to combine deep technical expertise with sharp operational execution means programs move forward with fewer surprises and greater confidence. Ray holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Illinois at Chicago and an MBA from Babson College.
