With over 20 years in the life sciences industry, Brandy is a dynamic leader and trusted advisor to organizations undergoing transformative growth. Brandy founded Sequoia Biotech Consulting in 2013 to address the growing demand for highly skilled professionals in the life sciences sector and successfully support life science companies in their mission to advance human health. Sequoia Biotech Consulting merged with Syner-G Biopharma Group in 2024 where she now serves as Chairperson of the Board. Prior to Sequoia, Brandy spent her career building high- impact teams for industry giants like Invitrogen, Biogen, Genentech, and Illumina.
Brandy’s influence extends beyond Syner-G as she serves on the Board of Trustees for Ronald McDonald House Charities San Diego and was a finalist for San Diego Business Journal’s Business Women of the Year in 2022 and 2023. In her personal time, Brandy loves to surf, practice yoga, and enjoys quality time with her family.
