At Syner-G, he leads a team of 60+ professionals spanning CMC development, regulatory CMC, quality, supply chain and project management delivering end-to-end solutions for biotech and pharmaceutical clients across biologics, small molecules, and peptides.
Ray has built a reputation for getting programs done right helping emerging biotechs, CDMOs, and established pharmaceutical companies navigate the full development continuum from early-stage IND through late-phase and commercialization. Clients turn to Ray and his team when the science is complex, the timelines are tight, and the stakes are high. Ray holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Illinois at Chicago and an MBA from Babson College.
