Binesh Prabhakar is the Co-founder of Syner-G BioPharma Group. He has been instrumental in growing Syner-G from a start-up to a well-established biotech consulting firm. Binesh has more than eighteen years of pharma and biotech experience, with a focus on Information Technology Compliance, Validation and Quality Assurance services. He has implemented and managed computerized and automated systems for global pharmaceutical clients using a risk-based approach.

Binesh loves working with clients and helping clients solve various compliance challenges using a risk-based, phase appropriate approach. With a good understanding of drug-development, Binesh leads client engagement calls, understands client needs, and helps the leaders of Syner-G in assembling the ‘right-team’ to solve client problems. In addition, Binesh closely works with Syner-G’s commercial team in establishing client relationships and client-value addition strategies.

Binesh has engaged with over 150+ biotech and pharma clients, in helping them establish IT Compliance initiatives, implementation of IT systems, mock-inspections, audits, remediation, gap analysis and development of quality metrics.

Prior to founding Syner-G, Binesh has worked with Merck (formerly Schering-Plough), Pfizer (formerly Wyeth), and Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He obtained his bachelor’s in engineering, from University of Madras, India, master’s in environmental science from Texas A&M University, Corpus-Christi, and his MBA from Babson FW Olin Graduate School of Business, Boston. During summer months, Binesh enjoys playing cricket for the Massachusetts State Cricket League.
