Ferdinando is a senior pharmaceutical executive with over 40 years of experience in global quality, manufacturing, regulatory, and compliance functions at Aventis, Wyeth, and Novartis. Previously, he served as Global Head of Quality Assurance at Novartis. He holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from University of Milan, Italy.
